A Basic Coated Hydrogen Controlled Manual Metal ARC Electrode for the Hardfacing of components subject to wear by Low Stress Abrasion.
Can be Shaped or Profiled by Grinding.
The Electrode can be deposited in position using Single Overlapping Beads and gives a Nominal Efficiency of 100%.
Can be used on Bulldozer Blades, Mixer Paddles, Pulping Knives, Ploughshares, Mineral Deflector Plates and Guides, Pump Parts, Crusher Jaws, Conveyor Screws.
Depsoits can withstand service. Temperatures of up to 450 deg C with only Minimal Reduction in Abrasive Resistance.
Suitable for Welding in both AC & DC+
